Who handles your enquiry

Safe Zone Auto Parts is the website brand of 郑州顺甄贸易有限公司 (Zhengzhou Shunzhen Trading Co., Ltd.; English rendering of the Chinese company name), the organisation responsible for enquiry information. Dong Jun coordinates personal-data requests. Contact: [email protected].

Information you provide

The form asks for your name, company, country or region, business email and product requirements. Phone or WhatsApp number, customer type, quantity, OE reference, specifications, message and selected products are optional. Do not send payment-card details, identity documents or sensitive personal information. File uploads are disabled. This is a business enquiry site, not an online checkout.

Purpose and basis of processing

We use enquiry details to understand your request, check products, prepare a quotation and reply. Where applicable, we process information to take steps at your request before entering a contract; for correspondence with business representatives and protecting the website, we rely on our legitimate interests in responding to business enquiries and preventing abuse. We do not sell enquiry details, use them for unrelated marketing or make automated decisions with legal or similarly significant effects. Submitting a request does not subscribe you to marketing or provide blanket consent to international transfers. Email notifications are disabled: authorised company personnel review private enquiries in WordPress. No automatic confirmation email is sent.

Cookies, local storage and security

The language selector uses the pll_language cookie. The optional enquiry list uses szb_inquiry_cart_v1 in local storage on your device for product selections, specifications and quantities, not contact fields. Temporary hashed IP-based values limit submissions for about one hour; server security logs may record IP addresses, request paths and technical information. Cloudflare may use security cookies or challenge technology to protect traffic. This site does not load Google Analytics, Meta Pixel or live-chat scripts. WhatsApp and email links open external services only when you choose them; those services handle information under their own policies.

Access, providers and international processing

Company-authorised personnel in China can access private enquiry records to reply. The website is hosted with RainYun on a server in South Korea; enquiry records and the server backups described below are stored there. Cloudflare proxies traffic and provides website security through its global network, which may process request content and technical information outside your country. Product requirements may be checked with manufacturing partners, but this site does not automatically forward enquiry records to them. Website notifications do not send records to Gmail or Outlook; direct email correspondence has a separate mailbox lifecycle. Provider contract terms and applicable transfer safeguards depend on the service and jurisdiction. These links are not a statement that a separate RainYun data-processing contract has been signed or that all international transfers have been legally certified.

Retention and deletion

Website enquiry records are retained for 30 days from submission; follow-up does not extend this period. The site-specific cleanup task runs hourly. Failed deletions require administrator review; large backlogs may need multiple runs. Daily backups on the same server retain the latest 7 successful batches. Nginx access/error logs are configured for daily rotation with 14 rotated copies; the site-specific PHP error log has the same policy configured. These are copy-count limits, not strict 7-day or 14-day deletion deadlines: empty logs or unsuccessful backups may delay rotation. Deleting a live enquiry does not immediately erase historical copies. We restrict backup/log access, use copies for recovery/security rather than marketing, and reapply applicable deletion requests when recovering records. Contact us about copies or separate email correspondence; the website’s 30-day rule does not automatically delete your messages from external mailboxes.

Your choices and rights

You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or object to processing where applicable. Where processing relies on consent, you may withdraw that consent. We may verify your identity before acting and retain information where legally required. You may complain to the competent data protection authority. Contact Dong Jun through [email protected].
